Glass-fibre reinforced nylon is the durability choice. The fibre content adds stiffness while letting the blade flex slightly instead of shattering, which is why this material dominates long-range, cinematic and heavy-lift propellers.
Six-inch propellers sit between freestyle and long range. On 6S, 1500–1700KV motors of the 2207–2812 class keep current manageable while adding a little more disc area than a 5-inch set.
