All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
4. OEM/ODM & Bulk Orders
Customization services (OEM/ODM) are provided based on agreed specifications. Custom products are non-refundable once production begins. Final samples must be approved before mass production.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Yadovex and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yadovex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, or through the courts of Shenzhen, China if negotiation fails.
