14-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, cables, and documentation must be included.
- A return request must be submitted via email to sales1@yadovex.com with your order number and a description of the reason.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or OEM/ODM products made to your specification (unless defective).
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
- Products returned after the 14-day window.
Return Shipping
For “no-reason” returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or fails within the warranty period, contact us at sales1@yadovex.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide a free repair or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping for quality issues.
1-Year Warranty
All Yadovex products are covered by a 1-year warranty. Quality issues are handled free of charge (repair or replacement) within the warranty period.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrectly shipped items).
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Special terms apply to bulk and wholesale orders. Please contact us before returning any bulk shipment.
