Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is based on delivery destination and calculated at checkout:
- United States: flat rate $25
- Europe: flat rate $30
- Asia: flat rate $18
- Other regions: flat rate $35
Actual rate may vary slightly based on order weight and selected service. Final shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Times
- Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3-7 business days
- Air Parcel (ePacket / Registered): 7-15 business days
- Sea Freight (bulk orders): 20-40 days, arranged separately
